Our expertise in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) contracting spans from providing complete solutions through Design and Build to Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), as well as maintenance and operations of District Cooling Plants, and civil contracting services across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
DSI has completed many prestigious projects in the Emirates. Some recent projects completed include Shangri-La Abu Dhabi Hotel, Park Place Tower, Indigo Tower, Rashid Hospital Trauma Centre, Zayed University Campus, Dubai Police Headquarters building, JBR District Cooling plant, and Dubai Festival City District Cooling scheme. DSI recently also won the “MEP Contractor of the Year” and the “Medium MEP Project of the Year” awards at the Middle East MEP Awards, December 2007.
