True to the slogan, “Innovation in Floatation”, our organization provides innovative solutions for the marine industry, including turnkey marinas, super yacht harbors, fishery pier structures, mega yacht berths catering to vessel lengths up to 200m, passenger boat landing stages, harbor master offices etc.
Our highly qualified personnel, including the designers and engineers of our German parent company Clement Yacht Harbour Systems GmbH, are specialized in the conceptual, detailed and technical design as well as turnkey construction of all kinds of floating structures, e.g. floating multifunctional houses, - fuel stations, -restaurants, etc. built on patented floating foundations. These can also be used for helipads or floating roads and bridges, e.g. the Floating Bridge in Dubai.
We are presently handing over the mega yacht marina at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and have been selected to extend the Presidential Palace Marina to cater to yachts of up to 90m in size. Moreover, our company has been involved in several high-profile developments in the GCC countries, including Pearl Qatar and Amwaj Islands. Apart from our extensive list of projects in the Gulf region, we have provided innovative marine solutions all over the world, including Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Brazil, Iran and India.
